Macular Degeneration

Age- Macular Degeneration (AMD) is that the leading reason behind severe vision loss in adults over age fifty. This disease happens once there area unit changes to the macula, alittle portion of membrane that's placed on the within back layer of the attention. AMD could be a loss of sight which will occur in 2 forms: "dry" (atrophic) and "wet" (exudative). most of the people with macular degeneration have the dry kind, that there's no glorious treatment. The less common wet kind could answer optical device procedures and medicine injections, if diagnosed and treated early.
